Started of amazing, I thought why is this NOT POPULAR?
Then I realized.
Ok so the main ick has got to be the ML, he's a very obsessive freak that only cares for the FL and it's not even like caring to keep FL happy but more like 'idc abt Ur feelings as long as Ur with me' , hes just obsessed in being next to her.
This aspect of the posessive ML does NOT do justice to FL's initial strong and resilient personality...BCS she's always somehow becomes a puss Infront of him...like girl what happened to the fire?...
I also dislike how she's a supposed "strong" FL but instead it's just shit ton of scheming that the ML does behind her back to make things work his way.
AND the last thing that got me furious was the death of the best friend of the FL, if you read the manhwa he was just the perfect guy, not even romantically but as a character he was perfect.
And despite the ML being his apprentice, dude showed no fucking emotion but instead jealous that FL gave attention to the dead guy.....
But yh FL is also SOOOOO pathetic, you'll soon realise her strong personality is just her being a loser with a victim complex.
It's giving Captive Prince
Honestly I search for stories like that so often but what I found that's similar so far is:
Bloody Moon (Yuzuya)
- basically enemy princes of different nations, and one is captured..(just read it it's good )
Assassin
- seme is the king or something but the uke is a undercover spy working as his soldier.
To Take an Enemy's Heart
- I think it's the most similar, again enemies but uke has been taken a slave and his house has fallen and similar to captive prince they killed each others family. (My personal fav )
Omg I love Kouguu no Omega, ok I totally get what you mean by their vibeee, their relationship dynamic is truly the best
Then something like Smyrna and Capri have the most similar dynamic to theirs, ykow like both being confident and calm oh and them actually being enemies to lovers.
