Basically it's a boy who get "sacrificed" to a dog God....I GOT FUCKIBG BAITED by this author for the super fucking good cover. The seme looks like that touken ranbu fox dude(with long hair)...but here's the catch, the dog God can freely transform in between 4 forms, dog form, furry form(basically humanoid body with dog head), kemonomimi and a human form...and well
On the very last chapter...they um...do the do while seme is in the dog form....good god I exited so fast. that ruined the whole manga for me. Now I refuse to read it despite the really good premise and amazing art style...
That’s one fucked up plot. But their other work rion gotoki is such a fluffy and wholesome manga my brain doesn’t wanna accept that they were made by the same person.

It's pretty easy. I just search the Japanese title in Google and the first search results are usually ebook sites. I buy through there to read it. Sometimes though. I search the manga title with yaoimanga on the end and hope that site has the raws(though you have to be a member to view them)
About the note at the end. I don't think the mother loves MC(even in a twisted way) at all. More like she's narcisstic.
