Yea... this made me remember a certain fella in my past... they befriended my family and would go to my room just to say hi or to drop food... we were not dating at all btw... I made my stance clear on the first interaction. it's sort of a good thing that I was drowning with my jobs, so I used that as an excuse, and he eventually gave up after a few years of my cold treatment...
But hey! It's interesting to see these types of stories in fiction tho xD it's quite enjoyable when the intense love isn't directed to yourself.
