I think they mean the end to the rapid release of chapters, I read somewhere in the comments that after chapter 46 the author goes on break so it would take a while until a new chapter comes out after chapter 46. I don't know for sure but there are too many things left unanswered for the story to finish in 3 chapters so this is the most plausible conclusion.
