So people have already definitely thought about this and I’m not pretending they probably haven’t but after reading this I’ve begun to think and this is the conclusion I have come to.

Since we all know that the black magic removed his emotions and he couldn’t feel and thought everything was tedious because Diane left I’m starting to understand why/how Claude treated LP the way he did. Athy has always been similar to both Claude and Diane but because LP Athy didn’t know about the future he ended up seeing more of himself in Athy whenever he saw her than he did Diane, despite them looking so much alike. He was treated terribly by his elder brother and his family and he completely neglected Athy simply because he forgot about them both because of the black magic and when he meets her instead of being reminded of Diane and becoming warmer… he sees this little version of himself that’s pitiful and doesn’t understand that things are going to get better so he starts getting angry. Then there’s Jenette whose personality resembles Diane a bit so just like in the beginning of the series with the Athy we know now he’s still got the black magic and Jenette also has black magic insider her as well, he’s not really showing love her or hate to her but he accepts her despite knowing that she’s not HIS daughter. And like with Athy he believes that our Athy tried to poison her and kill her BECAUSE that’s something he would’ve done has actually done to his brother who’s hurt him and those cracks that we saw in this chapter 102 happened and he’s remembering Diane and he’s hurt and he lashes out in rage towards Athy and he kills her. When he find out that it wasn’t Athy it said that he doesn’t care but as we’ve seen that isn’t true. The flashbacks of him clutching his head even though Jenette is right there trying to comfort him is because he’s starting to realize just what he’s done. The guilt starts eating him alive. He starts remembering things he’s forgotten about Diana and that black magic starts killing him again and it’s only getting worse because Jenette is made up of black magic and he’s realizing that he shouldn’t have treated Athy that way but it’s still too late and he dies just like that. There’s a ‘happy ending’ in LP because the story is made with Jenette as the main character and it stops at the even in Jenette’s life when she finally achieved what she seemingly deserved. She’s still married to the guys she loves and I assume she grieved over Claude but she probably thought he was in pain for a while so death would probably have finally been peaceful for him. She loved him and regretted what happened with Athy but that doesn’t mean she couldn’t be happy afterwards. Claude just died a villains death because of Black Magic taking over his life. This chapter has me suspecting this is the route this story will go in! If so, both Athy and Claude are very tragic in their own ways. Athy didn’t deserve the way he treated her at all and she was a victim and Claude was horribly sad man who didn’t let himself grieve his wife and allowed himself to be led astray because of it. Of course that’s just my very sad theory so don’t pay me any mind (づ￣ ³￣)づ

No seriously, the people doing the translations are awesome and it’s not confusing at all. Those two men are very different look at the hair and they’re personalities. The one that laughs loudly a lot and seems a bit weird is our main romantic lead and the angry one who Haegyun kissed the first time he showed up at the apartment is not. He’s just hot and aggressively interested in the other roommate. Now hush.

Come on, don’t tell me you don’t see her possibly falling for our mama yoon? That would give us some more character development for our boy and that incessant character who just tried to seduce Hak. Maybe we’ll actually end up liking her by the end if she starts developing feelings for Yoon too
