The inn gets a reputation as a place where couples propose/fall deeper in love, and everyone doesn't quite know what they do, but theres this old man couple that happily paint and take pictures around the place and give out love adivce when people are having a hard time

Theres a world where the side couple is the omega dude and his partner, and we get to see healthy-ish dom omega and sub alpha dynamic
instead theres incest, and every christmas dinner he has to sit next to his brother knowing he wants to fuck him
