I hope you did not, you can clearly see what will happen in the middle of the story, if you're gross out you will drop this manga in the part that Todoroki started to trained Deku's ass to fit his thing. Well the dark skinned vampire has the same tattoo as Ichii. So I think he was his pair but maybe went crazy at some point and killed all vampires at a pairing party. Maybe now he is in vampire prison or dead. It is a hypothesis since we only know that the killer a) is a very old vampire b) killed many most likely vampires due to the card he was holding c) has the same tattoo as Ichii
