I think it's uncomfortable because the uke seems to be trying to force himself to like pain and things like that but can't, and the seme thinks he likes it because the uke keeps saying he does. I think the seme might have a suspicion that the uke doesn't like it as much as he says he does so he is trying to get the uke to admit it.
