Firstly, her boyfriend already knows that she's friends with Dohwa. If he had a problem with it, he'd ask her to stop hanging out with Dohwa. Second, Sooae has low self esteem. She can't even fathom someone having feelings for her especially because of the 0 love score she has. Third, Dohwa has never expressed his love for Sooae and we all know she's very dense, so how is it her fault for giving him false hope? You also mentioned there are "limits" that you think she crossed. What limits? Going over to Dohwa's house to deliver stuff from school to him and get some suggestions for her novel which she's been having trouble with? I don't think that's crossing any limits. It's natural that friends will hang out at each other's houses. Boundaries differ in every relationship. It's up to her boyfriend and Sooae to set those boundaries but they didn't so she didn't cross any lines. You can feel bad for him but it's not her fault in the slightest.
Yea I agree eith you that friends come hang out all the time but mu problem is that it's at night. It can cause unnecessary problems with someone saw them even if they aren't doing anything wrong and are just hanging out as friends, I just want to know if she told her bf that she is doing that. Yea I think he doesn't have a right to tell her who she can be friends with but I think bc they are in romantic relationship, he could know that she's going there

If someone saw them together at night, sure, that could cause a misunderstanding but if a couple can't communicate and work through misunderstandings, then they shouldn't be a couple at all.
Sooae isn't obligated to tell her boyfriend about what she does. Romantic relationship or not. It's not like she's doing anything wrong by hanging out with a friend. A lot of people are okay with their boyfriend/girlfriend having friends of the opposite gender. That's a conversation to have at the beginning of their relationship if it's something that means a lot to one of them. For example, I told my boyfriend that I don't want him hanging out with girls as long as he's not doing certain things with them and he lets me know beforehand. He's also okay with me having guy friends as long as me and my guy friends don't get too touchy. It's called boundaries, which differ from person to person. Sooae and Eunhyeok haven't set those yet.
Yea that's what I meant. I don't want to read misunderstanding, it really annoying at this point to even hear about it bc how much there are in each story. And I meant it that way that she should atleast tell him she is hanging out with a guy, I'm also not against having male or female friends while in relationship bc before you are in relationship, you are still your own human being and you can't expect someone to throw away their friends bc of you. We didn't see that communication between those two and it probably won't be there but I really find problem with her just going there and not informing her boyfriend like " I'm going to his house to drop the homework amd hamg out, just so you know" or something
I just want her to at least tell him, if she does I don't give two shits after but I feel like it building up to miscommunication and misunderstanding and that annoys me, I would like for author to avoid that but they are already trying to make story longer them it supposed to be so I wouldn't be surprised
I agree the miscommunication plotline really sucks but she shouldn't have to worry about being misunderstood. Realistically, they should trust each other and communicate.
I hate it when people can't mind their own business. Like even if they arein relationship, what does that have to do with you? Are you in love with either of them?, are either own them your friend or sibling?. No right so mind your own business, they aren't putting it in your face so why are you trying so hard? Do you not have a life or something
When you think about it, yeah all of that was his fault. He didn't think how his kids and staff would react to the new member all of a sudden plus when he brought her home, he left her practically all on her own and people being people took that as he didn't care for her and abused her and what's even worst her step siblings did as well. Don't get me wrong I'm not hating him, you can see he regrets what he did(well what he didn't do) and wants to start a new but penny is too traumatized and scared to accept it just like with her future hubby. The scene didn't brought me to the tears but it made me sad cuz both of them want to have nice relationship and both of them want father/daughter relationship but pennt doesn't believe she derveres it and thinks it's too late bc she's not "real" penny
Definitely agree. I don't hate him, but everything bad that ever happened to his family and Penelope except for Yvonne disappearing were all his fault.
It really sucks that he truly wanted to do good things to help a dying girl and his family, but his communication skills leave a lot to desire. I really think how the staff and Derrick and Reynold treated her would have been completely different if he had just explained that Penelope wasn't intended to replace Yvonne, but was just a girl that had the Duke as a benefactor that he came to see as a daughter.
