Kinda was wary about reading this one since the author has made some work that I find a little questionable but I must admit that I am enjoying this so far.
A someone who adores psychological, crime, and horror BL this one surprisingly stood out from the rest of its genre for me. My heart literally jumped out of my chest when the uke almost messed up and took the seme's hand, multiple times. It's like testing someone in ways they wouldn't think twice about if they could see, which I think was so fucking smart and cunning. Definitely keeping him on his toes by pulling the same thing over and over again just waiting for him to get too comfortable and mess up.
The smut scene was terrifying and heart racingly high staked. Just when you thought it was over and you finally have space to breathe, he slams you right next to a dead body, which would make any person freak the hell out, but uke managed to stay calm; as a reader, I was going THROUGH IT (@_@)
I know this is going to be an exciting read! I'll stay tuned :)

This story feels like its sucking me in and I want to look away but I can't. At first I really liked it and the mystery and sexual tension was juicy. But now its kind of taken a dark turn and I like it... but I kind of don't. The main character is becoming twisted and choosing to be ignorant to his lifestyle that is increasingly toxic on a downward spiral... and the love interest feels maybe.. almost one dimensional? He's the type of character I dont really know what he's thinking, its very irritating. Maybe I am impatient though, I feel like everything will unravel and explain itself but if it doesn't tell the story properly, its going to be very unsatisfying...
