There's no word to describe this beautifully done piece of work. It's so early in the morning and I just woke up only to be crying into my pillow...it's so heartbreaking!!! I knew something bad was gonna happen to Alvin...bcause when I first started reading this manhua and from the art cover wise...I...don't see Alvin in it nor was he part of the crew...like I knew that either he died or became an enemy...but it was the latter...and it was so hard to read chapter 6. I kept on choking especially when we see him shrouded/covered in that fabric and that's when I knew that he really was dead...and at the burial scene where our mc saw a fragment/glimpse of the child him and Alvin waving goodbye to him, I knew that he was gonna/had to leave behind his childhood friend and memories in order to grow stronger...now his resolve just got stringer with the death of a beloved one. But I pray and hope that one day...in the distant future...they will meet again...I surely hope they would because I feel like mc and his mother is a celestial being and I guess they can make some weird assed miracle happens
