I’m bawling my eyes out. I read this chapter so slow to savor it and also because the tears in my eyes kept making my vision blurry;-; Though the ending is still heart breaking for mikasa I think it was the best possible ending that could’ve occurred. Just thinking about where this story began, to where it ended, and it makes me feel hollow remembering how many people died to achieve this ending. Isayama is incredible, and this story will be missed.
