Guys I just wanna say, many people on other sites were hating on MC for throwing his weapon during this fight, saying it’s illogical because he’s a teacher and should know better but before anyone does that here, I just wanna mention some things from novel.
Hee-Jae mentions that he’s still unused to sword at times and in particular when he fought Alex Hope, the length of the sword was different then what he was used to so he missed cutting him few times (he wasn’t using his aunts sword at that time but still)
Also Throwing a spear is perfectly normal! At least, in Hunter Hong‘s fighting style because he also threw it just few chapters ago! So MC throwing it when he has same style as his father but faster is normal!
Also Hee-Jae was trained well and would often (if not daily) train with his father in mountains and sometimes enter dungeons as replacement for Hunter Han who often got in trouble and would get his hunting license taken, but he was still mostly on desk job job.
Even if he didn’t throw the sword, it wouldn’t stop the explosion that Bloom caused too. Once runes are activated with mana, it won’t stop even if mage dies in that split second because mana already entered it.
Also Bloom was strong enough to wound mr Han like this, who is apparently second strongest Korean awakened after Hunter Hong in future (Hee-Jae is currently stronger but he admitted he would lose to him in future) and all that while he was also injured.
This situation isn’t simply „MC should know better, why did he spare him / why did he throw his sword“ so I hope the comments stay like this instead of being toxic #-.-)
I don’t understand… did he choose to quit the gang and get back together with his lover only for the baby? I wish we saw more of the backstory because it made his character so confusing and nothing was cleared up at all
Not really, Naguru has always want to be together with Herapi but realised how different both of them are. Naguru is a bikers and Herapi is from a "proper family". That held Naguru back to be together with Herapi, but when Herapi bring the baby, Naguru realise that actually both of them are not so different after all. Everyone has their own struggles and Naguru realise this when the baby reminded him of his hometown. How hes always a caretaker of another baby/child and remember how he always wants to explore outside from his hometown. Herapi reminds Naguru of himself in a way, both Herapi and the baby feels familiar but also something new that he's excited to explore together with them. Just like how Naguru was excited to discover new things back then. Idk if it makes sense or not, I hope it helps

Hmm I don’t mind the art change because I’m just happy it’s back but doesnt the writing give off different vibe too? I mean there are new characters and Dan was established as person who kills bad people who can’t be punished by law aka they would get away with it or wouldn’t be punished enough at least. These men, they obviously would’ve easily get caught? They just got out and a woman went missing and they would get away with it because the body is gone? Seems hard to believe.
I really don’t mind the art change even if I’ll miss the old one but I hope the writing at least stays consistent
