So I've read 50 chapters of this, and figured I would leave a review on this for those who would wanna give this a try.
Personally, it wasn't a bad story but also not something I would get invested in. The art is solid, but the pace of the story and the characters aren't devolped very well.
The MC is 18-year-old with special power that, well, for lack of better word, is being pressured by this detective lady to help her do her job properly. Even when he gets involved in truly dangerous case and risks his life and those of his friends and family, she does not accept his wish to back out. He's 18 years old!! Doesn't get any money from acting like sherlock Holmes wannabe, and is even being asked to step out of his part time jobs just cus she's incompetent and cannot save people on her own.
She wears heels while chasing after suspects and more often then not, she's being saved by MC, not the other way around!!!
I think MCs civilian friend (who is very handsome ngl) helped him solve cases more then she did. She's there just to be eye candy...
All in all, I would give this 6/10 ☆
There is huge potential with this premise, and I did like MC and the friend a lot. But the other characters are soo flat.
Bro casually gave us MLs backstory and in same time is close to killing off MC, like what-

Fr tho no need to get jealous, I'm glad Mo actually has and had a good friend before the trio...
Say what you want about medicine immortal but he never even appeared and he's still so interesting to me.
Ive randomly read the last chapter without having read the whole story and as far as I see it, the ex is right and mc is dumb. Good luck to the readers but I'm outta here (￣∇￣")
One of few found family stuff where I never went "oh no this can so easily go romance route" cus it's just too pure and sweet
They are magnets for bad luck, I sympathise with brother Qiu and He Cheng for being so done with them.
Pft, this moment was gold in the novel XD
