I don't think this is shotacon but still, this is legal because they're fictional characters that do not represent a real children. And actually in a lot of countries lolishota is legal lmao even America
I think there may be laws in some parts of the US that ban lolicon/shotacon, but I think laws like that are dumb because it's just legal moralism. We shouldn't be banning certain types of speech/expression just because people think they're gross (note that I'm NOT talking about actual cp which directly harms and exploits real children). Like as a society, we have to be able to distinguish between "harmful" and "disgusting," especially when it comes to limiting free speech. Real CP isn't bad because it's gross, it's bad because it harms children.
Also I find it a little... baffling... that people online use legality as a measure of whether something is bad. Like in cases where internet celebrities have been exposed as groomers, people will say, "That's literally ILLEGAL" like?? That's the problem you have with it?
