I came into this with zero expectations / just random choice for something to read, and now I’m completely hooked. I love Akimatsu and Seven, they’re so cute, but I feel big disaster gathering in the horizon. I can’t tell if Eight is friend or foe. Also, Seven is just living a teenage dream right now with Akimatsu and he’s not laying on some heavy truths. This means he sees Akimatsu as a temporary relief, rather than a long term destination. Akimatsu is hoping they stay in contact after he moves back in with his parents, but I don’t think Seven has the same plans regardless of what he says to Akimatsu.

I'm guessing Togawa (as shown in ch 4 already) didn't allow Nozue to give a response because he thought he would definitely be rejected. Instead he closed things off by asking if they could continue their superior-subordinate relationship after which I guess that Nozue left by a brief goodbye without fully responding to Togawa.
But but but, just because Togawa gave him a graceful exit, doesn’t mean he has to actually go through it...
I'm guessing he felt flustered and in the heat of the moment felt like running away from his feelings. Plus there's not much he can say when Togawa begs him to keep things as they are

That! I would like but there is no thumbs up button for replies. There is absolutely zero point to adding the detail of his gay brother if it’s going nowhere. How else could it serve the plot? Also, Vol6 ch28 his gay brother asks Miyano if he’s Hanzawa’s BOYFRIEND.

I don't get how so many people missed the really heavy foreshadowing! But going back and rereading it from chapter 1 really makes it all stand out now in context
