I get that when you have restricting parents in your life, all you wanna do is break free and do whatever because you can. But now MC is way too deep in this. Not taking the steps to heal but double down and fucked around. Now he finds out.
I'm pretty sure he's going to beg not to get his parents involved because he's not only failing school, he put himself in shitty situations due to trauma and constantly dragged others in on it (legit the first episode, the freshman was trying to help and he didnt want help). He will be forced to bulk under parent surveillance 24/7 which is way worse. But honestly, to be blunt, he needs that.

For ML, I think it was smart to remind MC how this will be for the public. I'm not too familiar with Korean laws but I do know Homosexuals aren't treated right at all. Or not well enough (unless you're high in power where no one particularly cares). He is much more of a bigger person to work with someone who broke his heart about a month or 2 ago.

The video is also (probably) against MC. Why? He mentions the "video" numerous of times as an alibi but we (the audience) do not know the context of the video or where the location is. The prosecutor and investigators seen it yet still ask the same questions. Why?

Because the video doesn't line up with MC. If MC is innocent, then they would've let him go since the video is aligned with his statement (or lack there of). Even ML is asking the same questions and he (kind of) know MC personally.

ML has seen uncomfortable things as well as done uncomfortable things, but maybe this was something that was beyond his level of comfort. What I got from the writing, we the audience would have been given context if that were the case, but we weren't. Obviously, we know he's the victim but that's because we followed him. Also, does anyone remember a camera during that? Yeah it was WHEN he walked in willingly

MC, you're making this difficult. ML, I have mix emotions but I do get what you're doing. Though everything is off, you still need something to go back with. ML tried keeping it professional by asking the same paper questions until he overstepped.

That video must've been something but something tells me it's not what we think...they all mentioned the video and watching yet they are asking him the questions

MC is such a ball of light despite being surrounded by darkness! ML is actually not that bad! I get MC falling in love so quickly because when someone who never really received help or support suddenly gets it, the mind goes straight to love!
