When I was writing my original comment I was also thinking about ch.5 with that whole ab touching sequence. Where even if it’s not right out “sexual” or “romantic”, the author uses it as a way for them to rethink their relationship. At least for jinwoo, he actually does question it in ch.5. I think this example is more obvious than the mouth to mouth but I still think the mouth to mouth serves the same purpose.
And yes, guwon clearly doesn’t see jinwoo in a romantic way so far. Both instances, guwon initiates but he doesn’t really have the reaction like jinwoo does. But it’s done with intent, guwon probably doesn’t realize his actions are be seen as romantic. He only wanted to help which makes his actions even more endearing.
