Yeah I wouldn't call him trusting, just fact oriented. He believed teaming up with the red head made sense and he was mostly telling the truth because of the hairpin story. He also didn't jump to yelling about why ML just killed him but wants more information to make a better judgement. I don't see an overly trusting or naive bada anywhere

i think i might be the only one that doesn’t find really any of the characters annoying (particularly the female characters or whoever is considered “an annoying bitch” by the comment section).
and usually i don’t even comment on manhwas like these but it gets to a point where it’s like do yall gotta complain everytime you see a female character. are yall using special lenses filled with hyper scrutiny?? i’m just tryna see a fun/interesting comment section for once filled with cool theories and shit instead of people bitching about potential romance and “annoying” female characters

Sometimes the annoyance can be warranted, but not here. Seeing the comments actually kept me from reading this until recently, so when I finally gave in and gave it try, I was surprised to find that the female characters weren't that bad.
They're all just doing their own thing but are (rightfully) being thrown off by the MC's actions.
