Well I think for me, all of this problematic issues are "glossed over" in most manwha/manga/manhua or any kind of literacy not all of them show how the issues they write in their story are serious (because there's also a factor that it's"fictional"). But you just particularly notice it here because of the art style the author has, it's art style is more of like a doodle, comical and doesn't really show much seriousness as where compared to others. If you observe other manga/manhua/manwha the way they disregard problematic issues are almost identical here the only difference? There art style is your typical art style so it doesn't caught the attention of others much that's also why some people disregard the problematic issue that happened. I just think this manwha receives a much more harsh evaluation compared to others that is the same as this or much worst than this and how some of the people complaining not "all" are hypocrites.

I don't rlly like abusive ML but I do read them only if they have that part where they realize that they're wrong and stuff, but after seeing the comments it seems like they don't have that part yet..... Just go and read it and don't ever be influenced by other people's opinions before you explore the topic by yourself. Works also for daily life in general. It's like not wanting to try an new ice cream flavor because some people hated it. Imagine what you're missing if that flavor is actually everything you like. Trust the ratings tho. Because a good manhwa will always have a good rating and number of views on this website.
