This is one of the first times I saw the father or close maid of the character the fl reincarnated in thinking realistically usually even the though the father or sibling or maid is close to the original body owner they barely notice a difference or a change even when they do they disregard it, of course, other manga characters are like that but a few I have read and everything can't just be put off as an act of traumatic change or a growth spurt because some actions will still be their undeniably

The cover looks like it was taken from the novel. The artist covering the manhua made changes to the mc's face. In the manhua the Mc has a mature look which differs from the doll like appearance on the cover. Smaller face. So I wouldn't be surprised if the guy on the cover turns out to be the Duke.
