U should continue. He's a douche but it's kinda his charm. He's more of a tsundere not a douche. The main couple is adorable

He's super shy when it comes to the boy he likes (the uke) and so he tends to snap verbally whenever the shyness gets the better of him. It's super obvious he's only doing it to cover up for his shyness, though. Same as with a little kid, one may ignore what he says and pay attention to his actions instead. In the beginning, the uke doesn't realise the seme's a "tsundere", but with time and communication he quickly learns otherwise.
