Yes it is!(๑•ㅂ•)و✧ I can't tell you how many times I read the raws because I was so into it and wanted to see the ending of the webtoon whether I understood it or not. It's shonen-ai so as far as the main couple is concerned there is no smutty moments but they do kiss towards the end also there is a kid in it which is adorable so this also falls into the child-raising themed category. ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ

The Uke/MC despite all the hardships he has gone through is a very caring and considerate person he kind of belittles himself but over time shows strength and confidence when it concerns those he cares for. He is a little dense when it concerns love but when he does he is willing to do anything for the ML.(・`ω´・ ●)

The Seme/ML is this rich and wealthy guy he kind of starts off a bit rude and aggressive (NOT in the rape sense, their is no Rape )towards the MC but warms up to him and gets jealous of other guys who approach the MC. He is a bit of tsundere and falls for the MC first (♡ヮ♡). So as I mentioned earlier for the majority this story falls into the cute, fluffy, childcare and easy going tropes so if you don't mind their won't be smut for the main couple I highly recommend overall a very nice read if you want a cute kid and adorable couple.ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~ (It does contain some depictions of child abuse, improper childcare just to let you know.)
