Basically what I said before is I get why Shii is moving fast given the deadline, but I think he is approaching the relationship in the wrong way.
I was really happy with the author’s characterization of Shii at first because she addressed topics that other yaoi authors look over. Like how is some yaoi/BL, when characters are asked why they like their partner they say, “I love you because your you, I don’t care that your a man!” (not in those exact words but you get what I mean). When Shii mentioned how part of his attraction to Tamaki is because he’s a guy I was really hopeful. But in these later chapters, Shii’s been coming off more like an outdated rapey seme archetype. Like obvi they are going to end up fine by the end of the manga and be super lovey dovey but I wish the author approached the start of their relationship differently.



Am I the only one who kind of ships Jihwa (annoying dude) with the assassin guy. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)
