Nina is fifteen, the king ban a 4-5 age gap from her he is NOT a pedo.

now looking back on it i don’t think the king is a pedo, nina does look much younger for her age and having attraction to nina was kinda sus for me the first time i read it but now i think he’s definitely a groomer. nina is still a child(how he sees her she’s a child) and she still works in the palace so he does coarse her quite a bit. i do think he is a groomer, not a pedo

well since it was 5 years i didn’t call him a pedo (even tho romeo and juliet laws would say otherwise.) a pedo is- an adult who is sexually attracted to young children. and a groomer is-preparatory process in which a perpetrator gradually gains a person's or organization's trust with the intent to sexually abusive. grooming fit him better since he didn’t do anything to her really until she was of age and when she was 14/15 in the story right now he’s not actually making any sexual stances on her. in my opinion he still shows a lot of pedofilic behavior since she looks like a child but by definition he’s a groomer not a pedo.

but in the past centuries..16 and above is a marriageable age..and depends of countries too..so actually it just seems not normal in our era now..beside age do not decide who you will love for real...and do not simply said someone is pedo..cuz pedophilic is actually psychiatric disorder..but of course the pedophile can make the decision whether to fantasize with children and sexually abuse them and so on..still it is not that easy..cuz it is actually a sickness....and from what i read..the king is not a pedophile cuz he did not fantasize about children or do any sexual thingy with any children..so this is what I considered love..you just fall in love..and I like the idea the author use as the fl is short...I am sorry to say but I don't like it how you ask the author to make the fl look much older suitable with her age..cuz it is wrong for someone to be short and look younger than they should be?Eventhough this is just a fiction..still the author choose a good plot actually for the characters..and since it is her story..not everyone would be satisfied with it..I am satisfied enough with this..

i’m sorry but i’m a bit confused on what your saying. okay so i don’t think you saw my previous comments but i took back my statement of calling him a pedofile and i replaced it with grooming after reading the novel. he purposely restricts her from leaving him, and coarse her as her employer. even tho she is isekai’d and she’s not actually a child in; the story it shows that she takes habits and similar thought process to fl like when she takes fl’s coping mechanisms to hug things when she’s scared so it’s easy for the ml to take advantage of her because she still has somewhat of a child like idealism.

and what you said to marriages being allowed for underage children in history, just because it happened in history dosent mean it’s okay. enslavement, sexism, racism we’re all normalized depending on the time period, in fact many marriages back then would sell of their daughters and would end in them being raped; using ‘it happened in history’ is actually a better example why underage children shouldn’t date older men.

justifying pedofila just because it’s a disorder isn’t really changing anything. pedofila isn’t something to take pity on in situations like this because of pedofiles many children become victims to sexual assault. pedofila is a disorder but it is also something that shouldn’t be tolerated because it can be more harmful then helpful to pin the wrong victim.

also writing about rape, sexual assault and pedofila being normalized is literally harmful; there are victims because of this. teens and young adult or even kids read pedofila being normalized and grow up to get into situations or see situations like this and condone it. in cases like rape being glorified victims will undermine their experiences and allow themselves to continue on and not speak up. and for cases like pedofila; this novel dosent have an age rating so what’s to say a teen or anyone from the age range of 13-17 reads this and gets groomed? authors have to realize that their works reach a large audience, i’m someone who’s read sexual assault in fiction being normalized as a child and now i’m a victim because i couldn’t distinguish the two.

It is just my perspective and also try to look from other views as well.It is ok you are not agree with me..and i did not say to normalize sexual abuse,rape and so on,..Just saying that pedophilia is an illness,without treatment,they cant get better easily.Of cuz what they did is wrong if they do any sexual assault to anybody..there is why there is a law in every countries..the law will give the punishments for those wrongdoings.Marriage for underage..to me ifthey can marry and know their responsibilities..of cuz they can..unless they uncapable to..then no..and most underage can't make decisions ..that is why most don't marry cuz of their age and still not mature, of cuz when they do marry..it does not mean they need to do sex immediately or whenever..nobodies can force them,they can make a choice to wait until older to do it,Beside this is an illegal website for reading manga and manhwa, so everyone can read it freely,no charge,no restriction even for the bl,yaoi,yuri genre so if we don't like the manga and plot,drop it and find another manga that you like.I don't pity for them..I am just stating the facts,we are the one who make choices,if one do bad things it is wrong,but it does not mean we can just judge people from that,just cuz they do wrongs,cuz everybody did..no matter how you think it is small or big matter..Of cuz it is up to us to forgive or not.

okay so i’m not denying the fact that pedofiles are mentally ill (not being rude like they are actual sick and can get better) and i don’t really feel the need to explain why adults shouldn’t have a sexual/romantic relationship with minors. again i know she is isekai’d from another world but she still has the mindset of a 15 year old and similar habits to her. pedofiles are sick and do need help but again usually in situations with pedofiles; the pedofile isn’t the victim it’s the minor. sure not all pedofiles go out and rape children but it’s still very unhealthy for them to be around children especially because it’s a very unhealthy power system in a relationship with a minor. they don’t have to immediately have sexual intercourse in a relationship with a minor but that unhealthy power system in a relationship with a minor could lead to abuse and harassment.

when adults are in a relationship the power in the relationship is equal, they’re on equal terms with each other but with such in imbalance of power where the minor can’t even escape because he’s 1- her employer 2- he’s the king and 3- he’s an adult male who more physically stronger than her you could understand how this relationship is very unhealthy. even in relationships with minors and adults other than this one, usually the adult is physically bigger or has more authority than the child does so this kind of relationship can geprodize a minors saftey. and countries do have laws but in this story he’s the king, what’s she supposed to do?

and this is an illegal website with “no restriction” as you said, so i’m free to exspress my opinion and you’re also free to exspress your opinion. the comment section is meant for comments on the book they don’t all have to be positive especially when it directly goes against my ideals. i’m not gonna call you a disgusting pedofile for reading this book because it’s a genuinely good book, with good characters and plot, but i do draw the line at ‘child’ grooming.
