I read this in marathon. At first i thought the red haired siblings are kind of the main villain that will be difficult to eradicate but they literally died just like that? And turns out the one granted them dark magic is her own friend-nemesis boy, I was already making up story that the dark magic owner is like a fake god or something but that was not the case at all. The story pacing is kinda weird in a good way, it's amazing how they can raised our expectations and then break it in unexpected way.
I've been watched a lot of survival show, people like us are called Survival show otaku.
And the reason is because of the same thing Moondae mentioned (or probably another character from other manhwa, I don'tremember)—that watching survival show makes you have this thrill, you want to support your pick no matter what, and the feelings was similiar of when you're gambling, you somehow feels a competition to vote hard (well, some are genuinely supporting their pick without being this petty). So when their pick is actually rose and became the final line up, they'll feel proud.
And usually, people like this only stanned the group for a little while, the longest was probably 2 years (rookie period ended). Why? Because stanning a rookie is actually more fun because they have this cute clumsy unprofessional charm. Once they become more professional or if the fandom is rising ridiculously, these fans will leave and search another group to stan. This is called Rookie Hunter.
I'm of both category ...... I used to stand ZB1, and eventually leave because the fandom growth is insane and they become toxic, so it's no fun at all (plus the unbalanced treatment for each members is annoying too). But reading Demotjuk's last few chapter, this euphoria, this whole vibe reminds me so much of ZB1's early days. Even the fandom talk is the same. I got so many flashback.
Wow, his relationship with his father is oddly wholesome? They're indifferent, both of them, but it was cute how they actually taking care of each other. Although it was thanks to MC being proactiveon his own, and did some lie there. Because if I think about it, a father who do nothing when his children try to kill each other is nothing but a bad father.

Why is everyone said OGFL a man? Isn't someone said she just cursed and sometimes turned into a man? Or am I read it wrong? I remember someone corrected a spoiler on this one and said that
ogfl was originally born as a man, not as a woman. one of his cousins gave him a gemstone that was cursed to give him a body of a woman, sometimes will return to og form which is man
It’s because the author is now changing what they wrote in the novel. The novel had OGFL be originally a woman who was cursed occasionally to be a man every full moon. There was no further context in the novel. Recently the author has been changing things in the manhwa adaptation.
Right? That's what i read in the novel spoiler too, so I'm confused
