The storyline of the 2 actors and their ugly dogs are the only things keeping me even slightly interested in this manhua. The main characters, including the kids have been uninteresting for at least 100 chapters. The brothers' storyline is creepy and gross. And the managers of the actors should have been fired a long time ago.
I'd be fine with this manhua ending and a short side story focused on the actors. But this story will probably keep going for another 50 years.
This story has been extremely compelling since it began. But now that the truth is out, I can't help but feel like it's time to wrap up this life and move on to the next life.
Seeing Mugyeong be tortured for a crime he didn't commit is painful and exhausting. I don't want him to die, but I don't think he'll ever have happiness in this life. I think the author is doing a FANTASTIC job and I'm not complaining about the story to this point. I just want to see those two cute kids being happy together in a world/time that is more accepting.
You never know! I think this author has done a great job with twists. We still have the Crimson Bird plot to flesh out. This is the silent dread before the storm of the final battle.
