Seems like people are shitting on the Ike but in my opinion our MC is pretty annoying. It seems like he’s imposing on their relationship because of a silly crush. And I think it’s foolish how he assumes the only way to get close to our uke is to engage in sexual acts when our professor sets it up. For one, the uke clearly isn’t attracted to seme and likes the professor more but he’s still trying to force himself in their relationship and for second, it seems like there’s little to no chemistry between them in the first place. We can see a little chemistry between prof and uke but none between our seme and uke. Also, if seme were left out of this it looks like a pretty generic, but cute story going on between uke and prof. Throwing this in there though, our prof seems sadistic as fuck and only seems to be toying with them.
The professor wants him in. He's the dom. He's not imposing the professor asked him to join. The uke is a sub if he's truly uncomfortable he need to tell his dom. Imo I only like the professor.
I’m going to be honest,
I feel like this story is a little under developed and I’m assuming because it’s from a Novel, which often happens with novels to webtoons. It’s all there and it’s very interesting but some aspects of it seem so forced so that they could jam parts of the novel in rather than it going smoothly. Like the part where they first meet the sun god and she gets her powers. That whole scene felt forced. It was all going so fast you hardly get time to make attachments to the scene because they were so focused on getting her, her power. And that’s how I feel of some other parts of the book as well.
But one thing I do enjoy is the contrast of personalities. Our MC’s are very different and it’s fun to see them bicker. I also like our male mc because he stands out from other manga/iseka like this. Even though this isn’t isekai. In a lot of manga like this our male mc is this guy who happens to be so gorgeous with a woman already chasing after him it gets boring. This character is very freaking.

Am I the only one that legit doesn’t get sad when reading this? It’s just so... it’s lowykey boring when you know what’s going to happen. Uke’s gonna die, the semes gonna be sad and it’s going to be attached to the tragic tag. It seems so generic.

I legit have to drag myself through reading this. I deadass skipped many chapters and I didn’t even matter because it was still the same drama. That says a lot.
I may be confused but I think she just doesn’t want to be compared to her anymore. If she were to take Feng kuns offer then she would be constantly compared and put at a high standards. And even if people are raging now they would probably still rage if she took that position and became famous because they would think she’s mooching off of Xia ling and Feng kun rather she work for it herself then she could build her own fame and get what she deserves. That way they can’t rage as they would the opposition.
