wdym? as in the weak kid controls time? than no. his ability is to heal but when he tries to. time goes back to the person being injured/dead.
Honestly, we’re not even sure if it’s to heal or to manipulate time because his power activates only when he wants to save someone. I don’t think it’s healing because first of all—YOU DON’T HEAL A DEAD PERSON. It could only be revival ability or time manipulation. But either way, I could be about 80-90% sure it’s the weak guy’s doing. According to chapter 4, I don’t think he reverses time whenever MC kills. I think it’s just the weak-looking guy’s doing by chance that he was repeatedly trying to reverse the time because of the guy that he saw suicide. I think it’s all in a mfckng coincidence—TOO MUCH COINCIDENCE HONESTLY so there’s probably more to it than that. But either way, I rest on my case that the weak do NOT have a healing ability.
