I think Ryo/Chika stay as the main pair in the end. I haven’t seen the full vol 2 raws only some pages but this bothered me too so I wanted to find out. At the end it seemed like Ryo/Chika are together just them in a romantic relationship. I couldn’t see anything about Nao so I’m not too sure but I think the 3 are still very close friends but it’s not a three way romance.
