To anyone who thinks Sunwoo is dumb no he’s not. TT. He’s just normal. He was super wary and had his guard up until Sion smiled at him genuinely when they were studying together the first time. Either way, these feelings are just starting to creep in. He’s probably thinking “huh this does bother me..why” or maybe he’s not even asking why at this point but just subtly acknowledges that it bothers him. Even if it’s only very tiny amount it’s still weird for him to care about Youngwoon seeing someone. After all why now.
