1 and 2 are as underdog said. It's Blackie singing a song before she left to meet Caramel and then the girl coughing blood is the one who called out to Blackie and tried to get rid of her when she first arrived since she's jealous of Blackie being Caramel's fiancée. 3 was the demon that wanted them to see the play and seemed to be planning something so Caramel warned him to postpone it if he didn't want to die. Blackie noticed that the demon was planning something too but still went to see the play.

I have yet to have an opinion since I have not seen a ML I liked so far, but is not like he can be glued to her 24/7, she was with her "trusted knight" at the time after all, and so far there is no indication her husband knew about the plan, I don't think is fair (so far) to blame him for what happened.

May I pointed out, MC said that now she will be the one loved by the king as well as the one who will raise the kid, this tells me he is not aware of what happened and that he loved her, I can't say 100% for sure that was the case, but that seems to indicate it.

This^ is everything I was going to say in response as well. Nothing implies the Prince knew she wasn't Veronica, let alone that his wife and child were going to be killed by Veronica's family.

But if he didn't knew, why were Leabrick and co. So sure that everything will work out?

Because she is arrogant and confident I would say, if the prince knew about this, why not getting engaged to her from the start? She had to excel in everything in order to become the crown princess, it took a lot of effort, if the prince knew about the plan because, let's say he needed the family support why not just... engaged? Also, Veronica would have spilled the beans pretty easily if he was involved as a way to further torture her.

How could he be able to tell them apart? Unless given a genuine reason like hearing a secret conversation he won't suspect she was replaced.

The point is that they look identical, but yes, they after all, aren't the same person.
It may be just me, but never in my life I would guess my partner was switch by an identical person, I would think several other things like, maybe they have mental problem since they don't behave like they used to, or maybe they hit their head and something something, idk, literally everything except they were switch.
