no this is NOT a spoiler, i just *know* he's her fated boo for 3 main reasons
(also if y'all happened to see this again, yes I re-commented this bc someone posted an uncensored spoiler the first time and we don’t do that in this house)

1: the character "Elzay" didn't exist before the mc fell into the book. she did so solely because of the pain and love she felt for asephs character. how and why could she be somehow fated with a random person when her whole purpose for migrating into the book was to be "the villains savior" ??

2: it was heavily hinted at. if you refer to chapter 23, when she healed him with her divine power. there was divine energy in the same color as her seal as well as the fact that it appeared on the same spot on aseph's chest as her seal is on her. Theres probably some reason as to why his seal hasn't surfaced and its probably to do with the "darkness" shrouding his heart and he needs character development or sumn

3: this is a romance and he's on the cover, he's the male lead and all that other shit bc of this unspoken rule. fated partners are meant to share a love that will overshadow all else so logically the author wouldn't have everyone get attached to aseph just to have him thrown away yet again.

additionally, but not a point, theres just so many things hidden about his past and many mysteries still left in the story and the "prince being her partner" doesn't work. like if he was then would aseph end up with the sister he originally loved ? nah bc that don’t make no sense.

y'all need to calm thy nerves and take it for what it is, and that is, predictable. don’t stress over shit and instead make fun of the lines in the new chapters bc homeboy really said "this hurts me more that it hurts you" and that is too damn funny to not be talked about
