Thank you for translating! Next time I recommend putting your translations on mangadex since it isnt a aggregator site the translations on there are seen as more “official”. It helps reduce friction between groups because the website allows you to see whos translating what and you can easily contact them through the website to ask if you can take over a story.
The translator would have gotten way more heat for that. By uploading faster on mangago, they wouldnt be sniping the original translation group. They also avoided sniping other mangago users since everyone was asking for this to get picked up anyways.
The original translation group hasnt released an update since chapter 5, so if the new translator messaged them and asked for permission, there would probably be less drama lmao. Random people are gonna reupload the mangadex chapters to mangago anyways so the mangago translators couldnt get mad at the new one since they wouldnt have intentionally snipe them.
