love the illustrations but for some reason I dont sense any chemistry.. it always feels like each character is only capable of one emotion.
BUT u kno wat sometimes U just want to read a cute manga without much thought. Love how there isnt that much trouble brewing for long periods of time. a cute cliche well-drawn shoujo :) sometimes thats all u need!

like shes worrying so much and barely saying anything to him.. I see a max of three sentences of dialogue between them.. she doesnt talk to any of his knights just stays holed up all day.. come on i feel like the plot has been dragged forever
Yup it would take a longgg time until he known the secret. Tbh I hope the mangaka would somehow shorten the plot. Because Riftan wouldn't came out for like a most of the chapter after he left for the Kingdom and I think it's just a waste of time because there's not much plot during the time
man... it feels so one-sided right now.. like riftan just smothering max but theres no dialogue or anything between them. Seems like he infatuated with lust now.. even thought its not the case and i hope he genuinely likes her..

Like Tristan trying to act like the victim.. when he clearly hates women lol he gaslights his own cousin for years.. steals her fiance and makes her feel terrible.
AND he really thinks hes the victim for not being born a girl??? now all of a sudden saying he cherishes the guy.. after he clearly planned to use him. pathetic.

All the characters suck. The FL is wishy washy, weak and has no respect for herself. The ML is also a mess, weak and takes no accountability for his actions. I think he lowkey hates women with his thought process.
The FL has no redeemable features/charisma and is very one sided. There is nothing remarkable about her... except she would get with a guy that has a gf :/
Like if they both moved on, this story would be 100 percent better. But no they are just clinging onto each other.. with NOTHING IN COMMON. Truly, I don't think they have ever communicated at all.
