Yes. I totally get what you are saying. This is a topic that is very personal to many people.

But what does that have to do with this mangaka's work ethics? Or to others' moral? Very obviously, this is fiction and it is very fictitious indeed. Rape is very obviously NOT fiction BUT it doesn't mean that we are victim blaming. It simply means that we understand the fine line of fiction and nonfiction. Yes, indeed, there may be rape victims reading my very comment right now. But now then, you have to put EVERY person into that context. In reading yaoi, some gay men may be insulted by EVERY yaoi manga on this website. But what can you say to them? "It's just fiction"? We understand the difficulties of rape and I'm guessing most of us hate victim blaming. But if reading manga that contains rape makes me a hypocrite, so be it. But reading yaoi in general MAY also make you one too... ╥﹏╥

Please also consider the feeling of the mangaka.. if you dont like the tag 'rape', just ignore it.. why give aweful comments... i get what your saying.. but dont be aweful and destroy a nice manga.. dont read Bl manga in general if you want and read fluffy shoujo instead... By not commenting rude stuff and saying we love such mangas doesnt mean that we promote rape and the like, you know..

Most people are reading the comments section first and judge if the mangas are worth reading.. that' what the Tag "RAPE" is for.. for sensitive people to avoid such mangas.. even translators are getting hurt of bad comments

This made me remember of the time when the boston (?) Museum made Kimono wednesdays where visitors can where an uchikake ( a wedding kimono overcoat) and take pictures.. but some american-asian community protested about it and keep saying that that was racism and the museum and the visitors were racists... the NHK was very dissappointed because they were the one who promoted it.. even commissioned an exact copy of the kimono to be handmade to people to wear.. it was later then discovered that none of the protesters were japanese.. the japanese people were surprised at what happened and why is it "racist" .. the japanese people wants to promote their culture and anyone is free to do so.. they wish that people will have an open mind and do what they love to do freely without the judgement of others..

No, I get what you are saying! That situation also made an impact on me. I've read about it and it frustrates me when people get mad "on behalf" of others (maybe it's just me... i mean, i have the capability to be mad. i always tell people, "YOU don't need to tell me to be offended. i can think for myself") That situation made me so angry because in the end, many Japanese people ended up protesting the protestors.
