I think wooyoung called cha that he was sick or experiencing heat but turns out woo young was just suffering from hang over... Thennn the last chapter woo young went to drink again and now in this chapter cha went to america again then to check woo young. They cant eat because they might vomit
Because they went drinking the night before , and the hangover is so bad and they can’t eat properly because of it .
He was faking being sick cause he liked how he got special treatment. But, he has been doing nothing but drinking. Now he's freaking out cause his boo came to the US to see him sick. Now he's worried cause he actually wasn't sick.
