Hi, the scanlator here. Hifumi has multiple personalities: normal mode and host mode. In his normal mode he is very scared of women due to childhood trauma, but once he puts on his suit jacket he switches into a ladykiller and acts like a different person. Hence, Doppo worries that host mode is only attracted to women. You can see the extent of his change by watching episode 3 of the anime!
