It’s an awful translation. When I used a translation app, it says she came to him already dead. The way Tappytoon translated this line is baffling. Ines committed suicide in the crown princess timeline because she knew Luciano wanted to die to free her. It’s covered in ch 82. Since she realized Luciano wanted to die for her, she decided to commit suicide first so Valeztena family would not be destroyed for treason.
If we were to believe Tappytoon translation, then it basically saying Ines killed herself and her child to come to Carcel. It’s the same thing as saying Ines killed herself to come to Emiliano. None of that is true.
