" Yu-Seong's mouth was filled with a bitter taste, and his heart began to beat wildly. Sweat was trickling down his forehead, making him feel somewhat uncomfortable. Then, suddenly regaining his composure, Yu-Seong could only feel a sense of astonishment as he looked at Do-Jin, whose face was equally drenched in sweat."

When Yu-Seong nodded, Do-Jin had an incredulous look on his face.
YS: "Why? Is there something on my handsome face?"
DJ: "Yes, it’s covered in your blood."
YS: "Damn... No wonder it feels sticky."

No matter how many times Yu-Seong blinked, the image of Loki leaning against the window frame remained unchanged.
"You look quite displeased about something," said Loki.
"Well… I mean, I thought…of course that Loki would be a man…” said Yu-Seong.
"Gender is not important to a god, and you can talk to me casually. This is unlike you and it seems weird," said Loki.
“Well, then.”

These side/background characters are all so damn one-dimensional, it's crazy.
Im gonna make an educated (not really) guess that Shirayuki's mother was a saint, she was a lot kinder to him and raised him right, inspiring him to be protecting of the people he cared about too. Somehow she ended up with a typical deadbeat, alcoholic and abusive husband though. Idk for other reasons than shock value (Could be why he was attracted to MC too since he saw his kindness despite his weakness)
What doesn't make sense is Shirayuki's supreme intellect though. Maybe this is the arc where we get to see his first murder maybe, and getting away with it too.
Could explain why the younger brother looks like he's in prison last chapter ? He killed his dad?
Idk, I wanna know what other people think about the plot as well though despite it being a bit bullshit.
We're trynna make it make sense, gng
