She joined for totally different reason, she wanted to leave for totally different reasons, she got the job for totally different reasons, he likes her for totally different reasons, etc. And this one also seems like it doesn't go downhill towards the end, based on spoilers I've gotten.
It's also just kinda disappointing and a bit rude to say two stories are the same because they've got plot points that are very similar.
