I don't think this author is necessarily "messed up" like Harada. Harada uses fucked up storylines into a sort of twisted Tragedy porn which is obvious from Harada's art and how she treats her characters.
Asada Nemui's work here is just showing how fucked up the bully is, and then end story. I'd even go as far to say it's almost like a commentary on your usual Yaoi where the Uke ends up with the Bully-Seme.
Best that I can describe it is, if this were Harada, she'd try to turn you on with a sex scene first, then disgust you after.
Asada Nemu just dumps a big bucket of ice on you with the death of the Uke, cold and hard. Like what would REALISTICALLY happen.
