"We could interrogate the killer and ask him where he got the poison, but he killed himself after being caught." ~ Wow. This story is just a masterclass in writing >_> Seriously though, if this is how it's actually written in its native language, then why didn't the translator fix it?? I'm really trying hard to enjoy it, but they're making it difficult.
I waited for the official version because I thought it would be written better... but it turns out the unofficial translations did their best with a story that's just not that well written (or the official version just sucks). I like the art and plot and I'm going to continue reading it even though the writing isn't that good. I just change some things around in my head while I'm reading to make it flow better.
That was the worst ending. I saw people commenting on the end before I read it and I was like "nah, surely it can't be that bad." Nope, I was wrong. And even though parts of this story were great, I kind of feel like I wasted my time.
Spoiler ALERT
Totally agree. There was so much potential for the ending. This was trash. It was rushed, in 2 chapters they can't find him at all then he reveals himself practically, remorsefully runs off and she angrily shoots him like it's nothing after the relationship they developed. Then he ends up surviving anyways. So what's the point? That he is a monster after all even though she repeatedly tells him he's not?? And that's why she shot him, in the back even?? I'm totally confused and irritated. Honestly I think they should have ended up together but w/e. Never recommending this to anyone.
I don't understand why she loses her noble title and all her wealth just because her house burned down. Banks existed back then, as did insurance. Also, doesn't her husband own a business? From the very beginning she should've just gotten Isaac to help her kill her husband. That would've been way more satisfying.
...The fuck? Kinda seems like the ending of this chapter came out of nowhere. I scrolled back up to make sure I didn't miss anything, cause it seemed so weirdly abrupt that she'd just send him away. And did he even get a chance to tell her about the lady trying to poison her? Wtf? I guess it could be a misdirect and we'll get a flashback later, but it just seems so weird.

The unofficial translation skips this chapter =/
