Kind of felt all over the place for me. I really felt like Makoto's heart was more into the pastry chef than Kouta. Makoto was feeling conflicted because of his past with Kouta, but I don't know, something was off. If tempted enough, I feel Makoto would cheat on Kouta, and yes, even after he realized he loves him.
