I'd say there's evidence of Mikasa loving Eren romantically, but he unfortunately doesn't reciprocate those feelings.

You'd think she'd be someone more intuitive but how much she's in her thoughts....but she's very shallow now that I really think about it since she's so easily swade by what other people think.
Technically she only wanted to become Nocton's friend in order to avoid death and never really attempted to get to know him only really wanted him to like her for that reason alone. And never thought deeply about the "why" he acted a certain way or did a certain action. So in all honesty...SHE HELLA FUCKING SLOW AND SHALLOW AND DUMB-STUPID FOR REAL.
So do I like her? Oh hell no, because she only see's these people from how they were portrayed from the novel she read and not the circumstances and environment that shaped them. It's like, "She good because in the novel it says she is, and he's good because the novel says so and of course he's bad because in the novel he's the villain!!" This story goes beyond just a misunderstanding or trust issues because Nocton is a black wizard that is "evil" and brainwashes people. Also, she never was brainwashed, I don't even understand why people would think that 'cause she always thinks what she wants and always does what she wants!! (Even in her childhood was like this). Anyways ..., actually Duroa didn't take the "remember everything" potion, it was another potion that distorted all her memories from her childhood with Nocton. She forgot most of her memories (including Nocton's mother trying to give him holy water / poison), also forgot how much he cared for her and was nice to her and all their happy and cute moments together are gone in her mind. She doesn't remember how much he loves her and also how much he means to her because she forgot she fell in love with him (yes, I know it's hard to believe it right now, but she was in love with him too!!). The potion she took was from his mother, it was all her doing (she really hates her own son and doesn't want him to be happy '-')... This story is very good, I totally recommend it, but It's true that most of the time is so frustating and unfair, he doesn't deserve what she's doing to him but it's neither Duroa's fault that she's like this (although she still annoys the hell out of me) nor is Nocton's fault... It's just so sad :((
exactly! Like she was basically the only person who actually cared about him but as soon as she thinks he's a threat she started acting like she hated him. Plus whenever anything remotely bad happens she's so quick to blame him for no reason. I honestly feel so bad for him cause he's not even trying to do anything to her like he's trying to help her but she keeps assuming that he's gonna do something to he but thats not even his intention. It's making me so mad!! like she hasn't put any effort or thought into how he feels or how he might live his life despite literally growing up with him. Sorry I got a little carried away so i'm not sure if that makes sense haha
