Binged read it last night, I’ve never felt so overwhelmed that I have too write sth this long about it
I absolutely despises parental issues as I’m also a victim of it, if you’re gonna give birth to sth you hate, just don’t, please don’t throw the blame onto your own child you hardly secured for nine months and a half for your own mental reassurements, if you do, you’re not worthy of being a parent, look at the contrast of Skyler’s and Yeon Duk’s mom lol
Despite the rough start, I love how genuine and affectionate they are to each other, being crybabies totally helped somewhat in their emotional outbursts too, I don’t have anything to say, they have been born for each other, only 10 years late, the author can totally exploit the slice of life genre by showing more perspectives of the potential and vulnerable characters like Stella, Leo, Noah or Mr. Chun but well, this works too
So sad Mr. Chun can’t be a more major role, he looks too good to be a minor one, I’m also so sad that Leo is going to be the only one enduring that terrible of a parent at such a young age, but he’s not the one she hates so maybe not that bad, even so, I hope Skyler can do sth about it when he grows a bit older
It’s hard to find the bitch because there are already two bitches standing there
