i HATE daewoo! i HATE HIM. love everything about this story but how it’s trying to peddle the possibility of a romance between him and joon. he is truly unredeemable in my eyes. i will never forget what he did to joon while he was unconscious and how upsetting it was that the story brushed it under the rug so quickly. i’m only saying this because he’s a major character still and i’m supposed to be like “oh he’s a good guy now so its fine!” NO! he sucks, and i cant enjoy the actual lovely characters this story has to offer because he’s still one of the mains. its especially disheartening because this manhwa takes violence quite seriously with seong-ah and yeol-woo, but what joon went through is never referred to again? for what reason? praying with every single bone in my body that joon and that freak dont get together officially

guys… that brown haired freak intruded into jun’s house and then beat the shit out of him for trying to hide taesan. like guys. what the fuck?! i really wish jun kept a record of that or told someone about it?? that part of the story was so insane to me. like ive just gotten up to date chapter 1-current and thats the only thing sticking in my mind.

rooting for hatano! likely there wont be any endgame at all for this manga but if there is, i’d love to see his love requited. mc mob will probably not date him as he’s still a minor (and i doubt the author supports those types of couplings at all!) but i love their development, and im still pitching for the idea that he’ll have to save hatano from the new “ssr” character who’s interested in him. mind reader guy is cool but idk something about mob pampering an affectionate younger guy because he’s so earnest…

love love love when omegaverse authors use the trope as more than a way to have crazy animalistic sex scenarios with non-con and coercion. omegaverse can be used as a great medium to tell a more significant story and reflect on our society… i cannot believe i just wrote that sentence out about OMEGAVERSE of all things. there have been stories that try to kind of do this and only get halfway before succumbing to BL madness. this author cares ab the stories they write so much it makes me happy.

bro this manga has actually lost the plot bro its sort of hilarious. i dont know what keeps me reading. i think its that one glimmer of hope that mika and yuu might be canon. but idk apparently shinoa will force yuu to love her which is really something to look foward to! she also absorbed the one and only 100% assured threat and character that i wouldve actually cared to see redeemed. idk man the writing in this show is so unpredictably predictable. its like youre constantly wondering which cliche they’ll throw at you next. i remember literally bursting out in laughter at the “YUU IS MIKAELA” reveal. its all a shame because the premise of the world and themes they try to go into are really interesting. that and the art is so beautiful, one of the most consistently illustrated manga ive ever read. argh i went into a whole review but does anyone else share my gripes with the writing of this show?? its all so repetitive

im betting he actually does like hatano as well and is a rival to mc for hatano, so while mc does appreciate the new character’s appearance and attempts to woo hatano to drop the flags, hatano will eventually be placed in an uncomfortable situation with the new character and the mc will have to save hatano making his feelings for him even stronger… Orr I may be completely wrong but im hoping it goes how I predict
