I love how hot and HOT Haesoo and Taku get together, and how Taku seriously criticised Haesoo's oral skills (kk), he's so different, confident and weird at the same time but why is he so interested in Haesoo's relationship with Juwon!!?? Regrading the next chapter.. About the candy-scene with Taku. Y'all remember in Ch 2 when Taku said people/relationship are like candies. They're all covered in different wrappers but the same inside and the interviewer called his view opportunistic?
The author is heavy on wordplay and symbolism~ like when Haesoo said his body is always cold then in this chapter (26) he felt weirdly hot? Proof that Taku was someone different.
So, the CANDY WRAPPER... and how there's a panel, the final panel of that chapter dedicated to the discarded wrapper with the lollipop stick that Taku just ate.... Like what does that tell you?

I love the candy bit with taku. Its basically saying that everyone he has encountered in life has this perfect image but when he gets to know them they are all fake sounds like he definitely got hurt somewhere down the line & he's never encountered anything real.
I honestly can't wait for Taku's back-story. It's the only thing Joowon has ahead of him. The back story and history and why he's the way he is. But great explanation about the candy. Taku is so dreamy.
When Taku said "I've been wanting to do this since the first time I saw you.." that gave a different perspective to their first meeting.. he seemed cool and weird in that chapter but in his head.. ahhhhhh. but alot of questions popped. Why did he hesitate to be interviewed by Haesoo when his agent confirmed with him? that YOU CAN USE ME part is still annoying me..m

I think he was talking about the first time he saw Haesoo, one year ago, in that bookstore in chapter 22. He was definitely attracted to his beauty at first glance. After that he got interested in his writing and in his way of thinking and that's the moment where he probably developed feelings(or obsession) for Haesoo. This is only my interpretation, but I think the photobook that he published in Korea with Leo as a model, was inspired by Haesoo and their first encounter. It's like a message to Haesoo-the cover of that photobook shows a man in profile, looking somewhere in the distance, while eye of the beholder is literally calling him to turn his head and look back at him. And the title of the book is "Turn"..
I think his hesitation comes from some bad experiences from the past(that sex video for example). He's definitely playing with fire right now and he's aware of that.
Yeah, that YOU CAN USE ME part is still weird..why would he say that if he wants him? And I can't wait to find out why he decided that he wants Haesoo as the main model, only after he found out about him and Joowon.. But let's not forget that he already started all of this with that interview with Haesoo, before he knew about them, it's like Joowon just gave him that final push.

I was gonna say I enjoyed this story but the things people like you say make me want to puke and thus not only made me remember the seme did still force himself on the other guy but also made me lose any enjoyment I had in the third chapter altogether. I have to see rape apologists all the time so why is it unfair to force you to see a fewer number of people with actual fucking decency? Taku has more fanbase than Joowon by just a tiny gap and I get it.. tho, is it the author's intention or flaw that Taku's intentions seems shallow or even short term? It's like he is just floating by. Sure, he and Haesoo are compatible but He has no real connection to Haesoo and too early to call it "Real Love" or even "Love" at all. He still has University and basically just staying in Korea to feed his curiosity.
It's not in his personality to just be in a relationship with Haesoo.. (altho if it's purely sex, I can believe that and they could last like 5-10 years just being sex partners lol).. anyway, Taku's supposed to head out to Japan but stayed because something interesting (Haesoo, his writing and his looks) caught his photographer-interest. AND in the latest chapters from Lzhin? He basically has control over his life and can worm.his way into Haesoo and Joowon's careers and lives like that. TAKU is GOALS tho.. he's super confident, he gets what he wants but you can't read his mind..
I guess my point is, at present Taku & Haesoo is HOT, but you can't really see Haesoo going to Japan with Taku and living there.. there's no substance and they don't even talk about anything.
Joowon too, altho in Joowon's case they have history and Joowon's crippled by that history so he can't admit his feelings to Haesoo..

TAKU was looking at Joowon the same way he was looking at Haesoo. The staff even said, Taku never works with Koreans and it's rare for him to go and work in Korea.. but
1. He worked with Leo (so, what's his standard?????)
2. Why did he choose to work with Jwon? To size him up or something else?
I don't really care who Haesoo ends up with but I can't think of how TAKU would fall for Haesoo on a deeper level. So I get why a lot of people don't get him.. still his suave and confidence is really attractive.

Going back to Taku.. From day 1 Taku has called the shots on his life. He can turn down any interview he wants.. same with the projects. So, he doesn't have to sit there and take a project if he didn't want to. Like seriously. Something is off. Nobody is forcing him to take the job. He doesn't need the publicity nor the money. Talking about decency~ he should've avoided Joowon, turned down working with him~ if~he's really serious with Haesoo. But if all he wants is the allure of sex and the taboo air with Haesoo then that explains why he just say there and let things happen.. even to the point of pissing off Leo.
Also I hope they will use protection haha. If they don't, means Taking likes Haesoo too much or he's carefree. Lol
Honestly, I think you're overthinking it. You can work with someone's ex and still be serious about them. If he did plan it (which I don't believe since the agency has been giving Leo's projects and photoshoots to Jowoon), I cannot wait to find out why. If anything, it makes for an interesting story and it needs to push ahead--there are 29 chapters out, and they were bound to meet. The central theme of this story are two ex stepbrothers having a sexual relationship. And a photographer that has a porn of himself and his ex on the web. Do you think anyone in this story has any decency?
With Flashbacks playing a huge part in the story, I think overthinking readers is part of the author's intentions.. but yeah, decency is out of the picture and any normal romance too.. not hating on the idea, just stating that it can be possible---- and I like it, the plot thickens.. just some people are romanticising the step brother and Taku so much when they both equally good and bad in their own ways
Honestly, Taku is so mature and forward. I don't wanna say manlier than Joowon, but he knows what he wants and he knows how to get it-- NO GAMES, no psychological stuff. If this chapter 24 we're all movie scene it would've been iconic. But Haesoo.. wow, I feel for this guy. The story is getting thicker and thicker I love it.

That's what I thought too at first. STALKING Haesoo and Joowon because of their taboo(Ness) but it's kinda beneath Taku. For now, I'll believe that it's a coincidence with Joowon. A lot of people bashed me when I said Taku planned his meeting with Joowon in his Taku-way. You know, he's really smart... But people said, the author said from the start that Taku and Juwon are gonna work together. I was thinking.. err no, it was cancelled, there was no plan for them after that. But then he was **supposed** to work with Leo 2 more times--- 1. His main photoshoot which he chose Haesoo and cancelled Leo. 2. The company shoot with Leo which (allegedly) the company replaced Leo with Joowon. BUT who's to say Taku didn't have any input in choosing the model? I HOPE it's just a coincidence cuz Taku's gonna look like a real perv of he set it all up.
