Taku is so sweet, so everything it melts my heart.. but then now that I'm RE-READING.. and I saw what kind of person his ex-boyfriend was.. haha I'm questioning his taste! From that to very mature, sexy and classy Haesoo? Haha. But never judge a person by his past, they say... But lol.. and what did he mean by "relationships or people are like candies?" and his "You can use me, I prefer it that way" monologue is still haunting me. bbbbbbbut I think it's for Haesoo's benefit? Can't wait for more. This author is amazing
The author is playing w/ obliviousness & misinterpretation nicely. When Haesoo said: He was gone for weeks but he acts like it's only been a day ( http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/love_or_hate_yeongha/uu/love_or_hate_yeongha-chapter-30/6/) it's his POV, even tho Joowon was stroking his face affectionately, even tho Joowon was itching to see him all day. He doesn't know that. I'm team Taku and it will be poetic if Haesoo ended with Taku while the author showed us all of J's telling-actions that he's in Love with Haesoo.. but in the end Joowon's feelings are all left unsaid bec. He's a coward... And Haesoo was too insecure to see that Joowon's treatment of him is different from other people.. and SOME OF the things that he thinks make Joowon an ASSHOLE (*spoiler* Like asking help from his dad to help Haesoo) are the things Joowon does to show his love for him.. yes Joowon is an asshole and this is why it's hard to decipher for anyone read between the lines with Joowon.
All stories are predictable, have all been done~ it's the journey, the style that separates the mood and the feel of the plot. This author is MAGNIFICENT
To be fair if I was Joowon and my step mom went ape shit cause she saw me kissing my brother in law, I’d be a little scared. Honestly that whole sentence alone would make me question what I’m doing. Step mom? Brother in law??! Too much! I would be afraid to start openly dating him. For myself and my partner. I would hate to see them go through more struggles because of me. I’m sure Haesoo feels some sorta way about it too, but if not I think it’s fair everyone has their own levels of comfort. Yet idk if I’d be able to let them go when I know they want me as much as I want them. Definitely would be conflicted. That’s an awkward situation... I think it’s more complicated then just being a coward...But I like complicated which is why I read this yay!
@kyuutsunebi True. Step brother x Step sister is considered taboo, what more Haesoo and Joowon in this timeline? That's why this is a battle of psyche and I think the author meant to do the FLASHBACKS because the story also deals heavily with their psychological thinking, thus how they are the way they are, this the juicy drama.
Joowon is only 'childish' or 'immature' when it comes to Haesoo. I noticed this through out the series. He is professional and very well-mannered in everything else. Even to Haesoo's mom.. to Haesoo, he's childish and sometimes messy-- it's like his way of being clingy. I don't know what to make of it. I can't wait for Taku Episode next week!

He's still professional and does his job. He still keeps appearances and plays it right. With Haesoo.. all is bad habits (I don't wanna say it like it's Bec. Of Haesoo bec. It's not. -- like smoking when they were kids which he started-- he feels he can show these to Haesoo and it extends to other things too. Is it because Haesoo feels like his home or smth? I don't know.)
I Love them both. Jiwon is so energetic and MD is so controlled. They suit their partners really well.

Man, new yaoi/ BL readers won't appreciate the contribution MANGAKA like this made to yaoi. This was before Watanabe Asia.. maybe even before viewfinder... ofcourse way before Ogawa Chise, Harada etc etc... Even MANHWA.. I wish instead of hating on it, appreciate the idea and the organized storyboard that helped present artists organize their thoughts and sequences in their comics.. what they removed and put in were thanks to original BL mangas like this who existed in a time were polishing BL manga was at its best.
