I read the novel, it would be take a long time before she can treat his injury. 9th Prince injury is quite severe, it wasn't minor surgery cases you can treat anytime, that's why Feng Yu heng need to turn her Baicotang into hospital first before she can get the surgery done, she also needs an assistant and proper equipment, I have no idea if her private pharmacies have all the equipment needed for the surgery.

Seems totally like our ice king actually loved our mc princess mother and the brown princess is not even his child but his old bros who seemed like a jerk (Though not sure if plder bro deserved to die)

Well, kinda true but I feel so sad for him right now... (￣∇￣") cause i dunno he felt like growing more and more likeable and caring towards mc... I feel I want to shower them all with love┗( T﹏T )┛
There is 100% more to the story. We should not forget what MC read was a novel with sis as mc. (our mc blondie was kinda the stepping stone for the novel mc brownie)
Then the setting was different, we should not forget. King and blond mc princess didn't bond at all in the original and her sis stole kinda everything (probably not intentionally cause sis seems actually nice). I also think someone was playing with them from behind (some handsome shorthaired man with dark hair and eyes - not the red eyed one who seems damn interesting). He only appeared very few moments but you can already feel he is up to no good lol
Cause in the raw though not understanding them. You clearly could see how kind starts to care more and more for blond mc princess.
Being totally shocked about it when she spits blood. Even catching her when she was about to fall after the events she recovered. Even though first not helping her when she drowned (very beginning), the 2nd time where she even throws herself along with the king into the water he still saved her this time and was def not mad. (prior he even "gave" her the flower she wanted back then which led to her pushing hin into the water along with her XD)
At some point he even started carrying her in his arms like Felix did (so cute truly but I think most cuteness is just mc being caried XD)
Also seeing him dreaming positively of blond mc mom makes it really seem like he did care for her. Though there is something off as sometimes he looked sometimes hurt by it too but NOT the slightest sign of HATE was shown in those moments of king and mc mom were shown. And it was hinted he only deflowered her and she was pregnant, but they def had way more interactions with her. We even saw MC moms crying once and king being bewildered or rather worried sick.
And this time even rejecting the sis flat out at their first and 2nd meet and glaring the hell out of her like he despises her. (after all she seems like the hated old bros child) Made it kinda look that he didn't naturally come to like her but someone played the string.
And at one ball it seemed like mc princess wanted to give up on king as he would get to know sis and eventually hinted at it and had a walk away scene from king where she smiled at him while walking away and he looked like he was gonna lose something precious (though that latter thing has a lot Interpretation, maybe not as exagerated but maybe a bit less but still roughly that)
But I think because MC proactively trying to spend time with her father she breaks his ice wall he has up for everyone in truth. Though reasons unclear, all we know is a onesided past after all. Even all he did (the murders I mean) could have reasons or rather being a result of some event probably.
And I am 100% sure he really cared for the mom and does for the daughter very soon too.
But well you can decide yourself if you wanna like him or not once translated or you wanna look at raws. Just don't go in with too much hate. It can cloud your vision to the most important stuff (=・ω・=)
I also forgot something really funny.
Mc princess slapped the king right into the face (while trying to kill a fly) and quite hard cause it was still red even when they sat down but he still didn't care much just his normal cold stare as always (≧∀≦)
There is quite a lot stuff going on. Even just looking at the raws without knowing a word korean you can get quite a gist of the story flow, character developement & relationship developement for now.

After reading the raws a couple times with the man dressed in black and looking at the chapter he appears in a couple times I have a feeling that...he might be the older brother that Claude had killed.
In chapter the first chapter he appears in, where the princess has her 14th birthday party and sees him she noticed how his eyes were like jewels. His eyes somewhat resemble blue eyes royals have but his seemed to be dyed black. Then at the end of the chapter we see him standing on the rooftop and he suddenly grabs his stomach in pain. Then, I remembered in the chapter that when Claude killed his older brother inflicted a wound in his stomach.
Then in the recent chapter, Chapter 41 we see him meet with the brown haired girl and he seemed to be friendly with her (perhaps if he is the brother that she is his actual daughter). When the brown haired girl looks at the man dressed in black she overlaps the face of the man with Claude, maybe thinking that they looked very similar to one another. The man then casts something onto the object the brown haired girl is holding (which is a present she later gives to the princess).
My last point comments on the man's hair and eyes. In previous chapters we know Lucas, I think is the name of the small magician boy, can change his appearance as well as others' appearances hence when he changed the princess's eyes to red and when he attempts to dye the princess's hair black but fails perhaps because of her special bloodline. The man in black may also be a mage similar to the Lucas because of his black eyes and eyes, which might be a stigma of people who use black magic.
If he is indeed also a man who can use black magic and he trying to get rid of the princess then the magic casted onto the brown girl's present to her is something that may harm her. (also the man also bears a similar resemblance to Claude and when the light hits his hair it makes it seem as if he has blonde hair instead of black)
but who knows this is all a theory and points I noticed lol. We will have to wait and see but I am worried since Lucas said that he will be leaving the princess's side for a while. I've only been looking at the art so I don't really know the content but I just needed to get this thought out lolol ╮(￣▽￣)╭

It's hard to explain. It felt okay, like an average read to kill time.
But I couldn't get myself into it... It just didn't feel very exiting at all.
Personally, read it to kill time but don't expect it to be one of your favorites.
